How it works

Working Principle

The ACS closes the loop around the crusher: sensors measure power draw, hydraulic pressure, mainshaft position and lubrication parameters; the controller compares them with target values and adjusts the hydraulic setting, feed rate (via the feeder) and alarms in real time. The result is a crusher that always runs at its optimal point — fully loaded but never overloaded — with product gradation held constant automatically as the chamber wears.
