High-performance primary crushing with up to 30% higher capacity
The NORDVIK JC Series jaw crusher integrates international advanced technology to outperform traditional PE-series machines. Its symmetrical 'V'-shaped crushing cavity increases effective feed size and throughput by up to 30%. Nine models span 75 – 400 kW with feed openings from 800 × 510 to 2,000 × 1,500 mm. Welded frames serve small and medium models, while large models use non-welded bolted modular frames that can be sectionalized for underground or remote high-altitude sites.

Proven in mines and quarries across 15+ countries.
Wear and spare parts made to original specifications and metallurgy.
Quotation with specs, pricing and delivery time within one working day.
Spare parts, service and commissioning support for the machine's whole life.

The JC Series operates on the single-toggle compression principle. An electric motor drives a belt and pulley system, causing the eccentric shaft to move the swing jaw in a specific elliptical track. Material entering the V-shaped chamber is crushed between the fixed and moving jaw plates through compression and striking until it is small enough to discharge through the bottom opening. The steep cavity angle and long stroke at the discharge point give the JC its high capacity and good product shape.
First-stage reduction of iron, gold, copper and manganese ores, and production of stone and aggregates from granite and limestone.
Crushing raw stone into base materials for highways, railroads and water conservancy projects.
Mobile-configured JC models process reinforced concrete, asphalt and demolition debris into reusable material on site.
Cement, chemical, ceramic and refractory production — crushing minerals and slag up to 320 MPa compressive strength.
Modular non-welded frames are sectionalized for transport into narrow underground spaces or remote mountain sites.
Starred models such as JC96 and JC106 are optimized for wheel- and track-mounted mobile plants.
Granite, basalt, diabase, quartz, river stone, iron ore, copper ore, gold ore, manganese ore, limestone, gravel, marble, pebbles and industrial slag with compressive strength up to 320 MPa.
JC Series crushers are shipped sectionalized or as modular bolted assemblies so that even the largest models can be delivered to narrow underground workings or high-altitude sites where a one-piece frame could never pass.
Heavy components — main frames, flywheels, jaw stocks — are secured on reinforced steel pallets or flat racks for international sea freight, with export-standard anti-corrosion protection and seaworthy packing.
