Capacity = published range across all closed side settings; it depends on feed gradation and material properties.
The PHP multi-cylinder crusher gyrates its crushing head on a fixed mainshaft via an eccentric. Feed is crushed between mantle and concave by compression and by inter-particle (laminated) action inside the full chamber. A ring of hydraulic cylinders clamps the adjustment ring at the selected setting, releases instantly and uniformly when tramp iron or an overload occurs, and re-clamps automatically — keeping both the crusher and the product size protected.
