Single-cylinder cone crushing with high efficiency
The NORDVIK PCH/PCS series single-cylinder hydraulic cone crusher covers the widest duty range in the cone family: 77 – 2,100 t/h with feed sizes of 29 – 560 mm and 90 – 750 kW installed power. The simple single-cylinder layout combines setting adjustment, overload protection and chamber clearing in one hydraulic system — fewer parts, higher availability and the lowest cost per tonne.
Proven in mines and quarries across 15+ countries.
Wear and spare parts made to original specifications and metallurgy.
Quotation with specs, pricing and delivery time within one working day.
Spare parts, service and commissioning support for the machine's whole life.

Cavity codes: EC extra coarse → EEF extra extra fine; value = max feed opening (mm). Capacity = published range across all CSS settings and cavities. Some models are not listed — contact NORDVIK for the complete range.
The PCH/PCS crusher's mainshaft is fixed to the frame; an eccentric gyrates the crushing head around it. Material is compressed between mantle and concave as it travels down the chamber. The single hydraulic cylinder below the mainshaft supports the crushing load, sets the CSS precisely, dips to pass tramp iron, and can stroke the shaft up and down to clear a packed chamber — all functions of one robust hydraulic circuit.
Coarse cavities accept up to 560 mm feed directly from primary jaw or gyratory crushers.
Fine cavities at small CSS produce chip and sand feedstock with high reduction ratio.
Proven in abrasive iron ore duty where availability and liner life decide the cost per tonne.
High-throughput production of road base and aggregates with minimal operator attention.
Compact single-cylinder design fits track-mounted and skid-mounted installations.
Basalt, granite, marble, gneiss, quartzite, sandstone, limestone, iron ore, copper ore, molybdenum ore and other hard and medium-hard rocks.
