The PHM power pack combines the crusher's lubrication supply with the hydraulic power for setting adjustment, clamping and tramp release in one skid. Screw or gear pumps — selected for fluid viscosity — draw oil from the tank through filters and deliver it at controlled pressure and flow. Accumulators absorb pressure peaks and store energy for instant tramp response, while instruments monitor temperature, pressure, cleanliness and flow, alarming and interlocking with the crusher control before damage can occur.
